Stayed in a beautifully decorated room with a fantastic view.

The hotel was located so close to sightseeing, and shops and restaurants. Stylish room with maximum comfort was enjoyable. The location was amazing and absolutely perfect, for example, an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. It also was in the centre of Rome...

Booked this place for 5 days and had a great experience, the location is fantastic, close to all main attractions and tourist spots, right in the city center, plus the room was separate with a breathtaking city view.

The room was really nice and had all you need—central heating, a safe, and a big TV 📺. the bed was cozy, and the bathroom was just amazing. Plus, the location was super convenient, right near all the cool stuff to see and do.

The staff here were incredibly helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room and lovely view, enjoying the provided shower, hairdryer, and toiletries.

This hotel was more than amazing! The check-in was easy and the staff was very cheerful and ready to make us comfortable. The owner, Jon Carlo, was the most hospitable host I have ever encountered. He even arranged for a doctor to come and examine me when I wasn't feeling well. The location was wonderful, right at the Spanish Steps with beautiful views. The room was clean, quaint, and felt like home. It was my best hotel experience in Europe this year.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the main attractions in the center of the city. We were able to easily walk to famous places and explore the lively streets of Rome. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to enjoy local cuisine and do some shopping. The room was beautiful and clean, with modern furniture and a well-decorated bathroom. The service provided by the owner was excellent, as he was helpful and polite throughout our stay. Additionally, the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the hotel allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was tasty and well-served, especially the delicious cappuccino that we enjoyed every morning.

Although our overall experience was great, the room could have been slightly bigger, which would have added more comfort to our stay.

The staff went above and beyond, even helping me find my lost phone. an absolutely amazing and unforgettable experience! I will definitely return.
